Obsbot Tail Air - AI-powered Livestream PTZ Camera

OBSBOT TAIL AIR – BUILT FOR LIVE DEVELOPMENT
-  This is a difference from the original Obsbot Tail which was targeted at vlogging.But like the Obsbot Tail, it's a Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera, with built-in AI tracking, allowing you to simply set it down and let it follow you.
- By “follow,” I mean it pans, tilts, and zooms from a static point.It has no legs, wheels or motors and can't really follow you.It also has gesture control.

ADVANCED AI TRACKING
- Obsbot Tail Air, Obsbot says, “uses complex AI algorithms to track individual movements.”It even identifies them after they disappear from the frame and then reappear.So moving behind objects or even leaving the room is not a problem.
- Note: Can only track Humans

If you don't want to stream, it has a built-in microSD card slot, allowing you to record your footage straight to a memory card.Its built-in battery also lets you record or stream for up to 2.5 hours without interruption.You can do that indefinitely if you can power it via USB while in use.

4K LIVE STREAMING AT 30FPS
- Most cameras still only offer 1080p live streaming.The Insta360 link mentioned above is an exception.But even today, most mirrorless cameras offer streaming by connecting them to your computer via USB cable, most only output 1080p.

- Obsbot Tail Air streams 4K@30fps or 1080p@60fps with HDR and AI enhancements.But beyond this, Obsbot Tail Air also allows you to stream using multiple cameras, switching between them at will.

MULTIPLE WAYS TO CONNECT
- Obsbot Tail Air supports several ways to transmit video signals to the world.You can connect it to your computer, video switcher, and many other devices via USB-C.You can also get a micro HDMI feed to send to video switchers and capture devices – of course, if you want 4K, you'll want something like the Elgato Cam Link 4K (buy it here).

- Of course, you also have direct network connectivity, allowing you to stream over wired ethernet (this requires an optional adapter) or WiFi.Over wired ethernet, you can pipe it into software like OBS or even web-based apps for a variety of platforms and services.

- WiFi also adds the option of streaming from your smartphone using the Obsbot mobile app.This allows you to stream to platforms like YouTube, Twitch and Facebook (assuming Zuck doesn't change the protocol without a re-warning) or any other RTMP server.

BUILT-IN MEMS MICRO + 3.5MM MIC/LINE INPUT
- Obsbot Tail has two built-in MEMS microphones, meaning you don't need any external microphones.However, if you plan to move around a lot in front of the camera, especially at any distance, there's a 3.5mm microphone/line input socket.

- This allows you to use a microphone like the Rode Wireless GO II (buy here) or the recently released Rode Wireless Pro (buy here).You can then move around and away from the camera as you like without worrying about sound.
